Cancellation / No-Show Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. For that reason, it is Salon Thor's policy to give current clients a second chance the first time they cancel/move or no-show an appointment with less than 48 hours notice. However, the second time a client cancels/moves or no-shows their appointment with less than 48 hours notice, we will charge for the missed appointment with the payment information on file. New clients to the salon will be charged in full for cancellations/moving appointments or no-shows on their first appointment. If you'd like to reschedule just let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment by calling (414)482-2225. We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service. Clients who cancel/move or no-show an appointment may be asked to prepay future services. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.
Moving appointments, cancellations & no-showing an appointment cost our talented staff time and wages. Time is valuable to all of us; we hope you understand the need for these policies.
Salon Thor will charge $25.00 for any returned checks. For the straightening systems and color corrections, we will need to take a $100 deposit which will be charged to your card on the day of booking.
